In the year of 1917 that R/Ferguson High School was founded as a Baptist Missionary School (BMS) by a Rev. father of a Baptist Missionary Association.
Late St. Rev. J.B. Radley, and his wife Mrs. Flory Radley, with the Rs.201/-earned out of a Charity Auction held to celebrate the 100 years of his services in the Baptist Missionary Association. In the year 1918 it was proposed to have a permanent building for the school through the John Ferguson Memorial-Fund and it was suggested to hold a Charity-Auction to raise a fund in the aid of the proposed new building and in the March 10th of 1919 the new building for the school was declared open by Mrs. Berpriesi, the daughter of Hon. Rev. H.R. Piget Missionary. Thereafter the school was moved to the top of the hill where we have Ferguson High School located at present. The school evolved undergoing many stages of development under many a principals.
